• No payment provider visible before checkoutWe couldn't see a payment provider such as Stripe, PayPal or Shop Pay without adding something to the cart. Many real shops only load theirs at checkout, so this doesn't change the grade. Check that the payment page is secure (https) and that you can pay by card or PayPal, so you can get your money back if needed.

Already paid?

1. Paid by card: call your bank or card issuer and ask for a chargeback for goods not received or not as described. The sooner the better; most allow 60 to 120 days.
2. Paid with PayPal: open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 180 days of paying.
3. Paid by bank transfer, Zelle, gift card or crypto: contact your bank or the gift card company straight away. These are harder to reverse, so act today.
4. Report it: in the US at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or to your country's consumer protection agency. If you found the shop through an ad, report the ad too.

Keep the order confirmation, emails and screenshots of the shop. Your bank will ask for them.
