• No trusted checkout foundWe couldn't see a known payment provider such as Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal. Some real shops load theirs only at checkout, but fake shops often use their own card forms.

Already paid?

1. Paid by card: call your bank or card issuer and ask for a chargeback for goods not received or not as described. The sooner the better; most allow 60 to 120 days.
2. Paid with PayPal: open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 180 days of paying.
3. Paid by bank transfer, Zelle, gift card or crypto: contact your bank or the gift card company straight away. These are harder to reverse, so act today.
4. Report it: in the US at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or to your country's consumer protection agency. If you found the shop through an ad, report the ad too.

Keep the order confirmation, emails and screenshots of the shop. Your bank will ask for them.
